Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

We value our clients and aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below, which apply depending on your type of membership:

Annual Membership

​

• Annual memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of 6 months.

• Cancellations can only be requested after 6 months of active membership.

• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel an annual membership.

• The 30-day notice period will begin on the date we receive your written cancellation request.

• No refunds will be issued for payments already made; however, no further charges will occur once the notice period is completed.

 

Monthly Membership

• A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation of monthly memberships.

• The 30-day notice period will commence on the 1st day of the month following the cancellation request.

• Membership remains active and billable through the notice period.

• No prorated refunds will be given for partial months.
